Innovation at Our Core
KPI Group began as an audit and advisory firm, working closely with organisations to understand how finance, compliance, and people operations function in the real world. Over time, this work exposed a consistent gap: core systems, especially HR, were not designed for the way businesses actually operate across regions, entities, and regulatory environments. This insight led to the formation of Vantheon Technologies, the technology arm of KPI Group - and to the development of infithra, one of our first proprietary software products.
